Audit & Tax Director Position : Audit & Tax Director Location : Central Singapore Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.15PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Open to Negotiations + Performance Bonus + AWS + Medical Benefits Duration : Perm Industry : Accounting Firm Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of managers and associates in audit and tax compliance. Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery from planning to completion. Oversee project financials, including budgeting, billing, and profitability. Drive business growth by achieving performance targets and maintaining technical standards. Manage practice operations, including resourcing, scheduling, and professional development. Requirements Professional accounting qualification (ISCA) Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with international accounting firms Strong technical knowledge of Singapore auditing, accounting standards, and tax regulations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and manage client portfolios.
