Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned MEP/CSA Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects in Thailand. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work closely with international teams and Chinese counterparts.Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for MEP and CSA scopes. Tendering & Procurement: Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and oversee vendor selection for MEP and CSA packages. Design Coordination: Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Construction Management: Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and Chinese counterparts to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues promptly. Budget & Cost Control: Track project costs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Handover & Commissioning: Ensure successful completion and handover of data center projects, meeting all operational requirements. Requirements 15+ years of experience in construction project management. 3+ years of international project experience. Successfully completed at least 2 data center projects (planning, construction, handover). Proficient in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese teams).
