Technology Solutions Office is looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst What will you do? Lead the technical implementation of software projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Design and develop highly scalable web applications using ReactJs for the front end and NodeJs for the back end. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement rich user interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Engage in debugging and troubleshooting issues across the stack. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them where appropriate. What are we looking for? Proven experience with front-end libraries/frameworks, particularly ReactJs . Strong proficiency in server-side development using NodeJs . Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Experience in building reusable components and front-end libraries. Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus What do we offer?
