Job Title : Academic ManagerKey Responsibilities Oversee academic planning, delivery, and quality assurance across all programmes Ensure full compliance with EduTrust (GD4) academic and operational requirements Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and review frameworks Support curriculum development, validation, and enhancement processes Coordinate student performance tracking, academic audits, and board reporting Lead professional development, mentoring, and classroom observations for teaching staff Support Academic and Examination Board functions, ensuring academic integrity Drive initiatives for student engagement, satisfaction, and holistic learning outcomes Collaborate with the Management Representative and Operations Team to ensure alignment between academic and institutional goals Requirements Postgraduate qualification in Education, Management, or a relevant discipline Strong knowledge of EduTrut GD4 requirements Proven leadership experience in academic management within a PEI, private school, or higher education institution Excellent organisational, compliance, and stakeholder management skills Experience in curriculum design, quality assurance, and teacher development MOE-experienced educators or those with prior experience in regulated academic environments are preferred Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with data-driven reporting and academic performance analytics is an advantage Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills How to Apply Ready to be part of this exciting journey?
