About Our Client

Our client is a high-growth global private bank that is investing heavily in the future of private banking. With a strong focus on digitalisation and continued investment into meeting the evolving needs of its clients, the bank is driving transformation across all areas of the business. As part of this journey, they are seeking a new headcount to play a hands-on role in delivering impactful change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Change Delivery: Lead and support business change initiatives that cut across all streams of the private bank, from front to back office.
  • Client-Centric Focus: Drive initiatives that enhance the client journey and service experience through digitalisation and process improvements.
  • Hands-On Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring governance, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with senior stakeholders, relationship managers, product, and operations teams to ensure effective adoption of change.
  • Front Office Exposure: Contribute to initiatives tied to client-facing platforms and front office products, gaining broad exposure across the bank's offerings.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with strong exposure to transformation, change, or business management.
  • Open to ex-Business Managers from private banks who are keen to broaden their scope into enterprise-wide change.
  • Proven ability to manage projects within complex, matrixed environments while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to front office products is a plus.
