About the Role
A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Supplier Quality Officer to support its Singapore manufacturing site. This 12-month contract role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in supplier quality management and compliance within a cGMP-regulated environment. You will play a key role in ensuring supplier-related quality systems meet both operational and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Quality Oversight

  • Manage low-risk investigations related to material nonconformities.
  • Oversee supplier change controls, ensuring proper documentation and execution.
  • Coordinate supplier-related quality issues, including deviations and audit assessments.
  • Ensure site CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems are executed in accordance with corporate policy.
  • Support performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of Supplier Quality processes.

Operational Support

  • Provide timely support for supplier-related quality activities in a high-throughput, multi-product manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and adhere to safety practices across all work areas.

Project & New Product Introduction

  • Support global supplier quality initiatives and site improvement projects.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for new product introductions and process enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Biology, Chemistry), Pharmacy, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a cGMP-compliant pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Supplier Quality Management and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with systems such as SAP and TrackWise is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
