Work you’ll do

• Oversee and enhance data management processes, including data quality, profiling, cleansing, change monitoring, and client segmentation.
• Lead data integration efforts, including sourcing, matching, merging, and maintaining master data for clients, vendors, and finance.
• Drive business process improvements and develop process documentation and training materials.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with firm policies across systems.
• Support ETL activities and data enrichment using internal and third-party sources.
• Collaborate with technology teams on data strategy, architecture, privacy, and security.
• Monitor, cleanse, and validate customer and vendor data, and develop data quality scorecards.
• Implement controls to ensure compliance with data standards and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Analyze root causes of data quality issues and recommend remediation.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to junior team members; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Support operational data management activities for key financial and master data domains.

Requirements

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables), SQL; VBA, Informatica 360 and SAP/HANA S4 preferred.
• Experience with databases (D&B, Hoovers, SEC filings, OneSource).
• Ability to prioritize, schedule, and deliver work to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Experience in business process improvement and establishing best practices.
• People management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Education & Experience

• 10+ years’ relevant experience in data management, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Hands-on experience with customer, vendor, and finance master data management.
