Job Description & Requirements The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will serve as the executive owner of the company’s product vision, strategy, and technology execution. This role combines product leadership with technical and architectural ownership, ensuring that product decisions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. As the senior-most technology leader, the CPO will function as the de facto Chief Technology Officer, responsible for platform architecture, engineering excellence, technical roadmap, and delivery while maintaining a strong customer- and market-driven product mindset. Product Strategy & Leadership Define and own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle Translate business goals and customer needs into scalable product strategies Lead product discovery, prioritization, and execution across teams Ensure product-market fit through continuous customer feedback and data analysis Drive product innovation and competitive differentiation 2. Technology & Engineering Ownership Act as the executive owner of the company’s technology stack and architecture Set technical standards, best practices, and engineering principles Oversee system design, scalability, performance, security, and reliability Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and platforms Ensure technical decisions align with long-term product and business goals 3.
