Responsibilities: Responsible for day to day Diesel workshop management for repairs of commercial/ naval vessels Ensure engine overhaul processes are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications and requirements Monitor and guide engineers and technicians to ensure they are strictly compliant to respective engine protocols, Critical Process Inspection (CPI), task sheets and processes stated in Diesel workshop handbook To oversee department overall projects to achieve engine delivery deadlines, targets and quality assurance. Strictly implement yard safety regulations and promote safety awareness by leading as role model Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering Preferably 5-7 years of working experiences in yard or OEMs for diesel engines Able to perform troubleshooting on pneumatic, hydraulic, piping and basic electrical system with minimum guidance Able to handle mutliple projects for engine repairs and overhauls Knowledge on Engine overhauling and applied mechanics Familiarity with Engine Warranty, Claims and Job Acceptance related processes Able to supervise a team in both workshop and onboard vessels Other Information: Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided) 5 days work week Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
