Job Description
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
- Performs clinic generic nursing duties like phlebotomy, injection and assisting in clinic procedures.
- Conducts pre and post procedure information, admission, and discharge planning.
- Collaborates and co-operates with the physicians and other health-care personnel for a smooth delivery of patient care.
- Provides nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education.
- Any other duties as delegated by the department Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Entry levels welcome to apply.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
