Employment Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA migrations, greenfield/brownfield implementations). Define and manage project governance, budgets, and timelines . Engage with C-level stakeholders and business owners to align SAP initiatives with enterprise goals. Manage vendors and system integrators , ensuring quality and compliance. Oversee solution design across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other modules. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices (ASAP / Activate) and champion change management . Mentor and guide project managers and functional leads . Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration. 15+ years IT experience , with 10+ years leading SAP programs. Proven expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrades . Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise integration landscapes. Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-region projects . Strong financial management skills (budgets USD 5M–20M+). PMP / Prince2 / SAP Activate certification preferred. Why Join Us Lead transformative SAP initiatives with global impact.
