Marketing Assistant Manager Job Description: Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. The role includes helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies, giving presentations about ongoing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
  • Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Learn and work with various software tools for digital marketing.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments.
  • Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Give presentations.
  • Maintain a marketing database.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  • Prepare, format and edit a range of documents.
  • Understand the company product and brand.
  • Handle general office duties.
  • Create and interpret a variety of reports.
  • Organize market research.
  • Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
  • Update social media accounts.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Related job and internship experience.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends).
