progress and address any issues promptly Serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to assist teams in understanding Agile processes and principles, encouraging continuous improvement in practices and outcomes Ensure the creation and maintenance of the product backlog and prioritise and sequence the backlog according to business value or ROI Assist in the development and tracking of key Agile performance metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery Collaborate with product owners to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and that the team is delivering value to the business through its outputs Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and commitment to quality Additional Responsibilities Lead the planning and recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements What we are looking for: Requirements Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent qualifications At least 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading Cybersecurity / IT infrastructure / Software Development projects Professional certifications in PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification Agile knowledge and certification (PMI‑ACP, ScrumMaster etc.) Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience in project planning, risk management, and/or change management Proven leadership abilities with a track record of time management on managing complex projects, facilitating team collaboration, and implementing effective organisational skills Excellent stakeholders’ engagement facing and internal communication skills Proficiency in written and verbal communication Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities with a proactive, hands‑on approach to delivering results in challenging situations Proven ability to
