We’re looking for a Principal Consultant, Culture, Engagement & Organizational Performance to join our People Development & Performance team in Bangkok. You will join our team of experts who provide systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine, and scale capability development from the individual employee to organizational level. In this role, you’ll get to work closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues on developing their teams to achieve ambitious business strategies, provide pro-active analysis of data, and present analysis and insights to senior leadership. You’ll employ innovative methods to scale capability, be a trusted advisor to leadership, and promote People compliance and operations. To succeed, you’ll need 8+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations, an undergraduate degree from a top university, and strong project management experience. You should have acute business acumen, facilitating and coaching skills, and the ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach.
