YUAN JI ENTERPRISES PTE LTD is a Singapore-based civil engineering company located at 19 Kian Teck Crescent. We specialize in underground utilities infrastructure, including pipe-laying works, cable installation for both transmission and distribution of electricity, auxiliary cables and accessories, telecommunication networks (including ISP and OSP works), fibre optic networks, and road reinstatement projects.

Over the years, YJE has successfully completed numerous projects for key clients such as Singapore Cable Vision (SCV), Singtel, StarHub, PUB, M1, and Singapore Power. Our projects typically involve the construction of underground pipeline networks to support utilities including cable TV, telecommunications, water supply, and electricity. Scope of work includes installation, testing, and commissioning of cables and pipe networks.

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Project Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, offering a combination of on-site responsibilities and work-from-home flexibility.

The successful candidate will be involved in civil engineering design, site development, quality assurance, and project coordination. You will work closely with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review civil engineering designs and drawings
  • Oversee on-site works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and design
  • Strong quality control and assurance capabilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in civil projects is preferred
