We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our diverse Industrial Engineering team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain and improve capacity planning methodologies for accuracy.
  2. Achieve planned mix & capacity through equipment utilization improvements and capacity enhancement plans to meet operational goals.
  3. Develop layout plans for all production equipment based on operational needs.
  4. Ensure timely equipment installation and release to meet production requirements.
  5. Initiate Tool-to-Tool Matching (Golden/Lemon) and benchmark to optimize tool performance.
  6. Update and maintain tool capacity and productivity databases for planning and tracking.
  7. Manage capital budgets for equipment needs, capacity mix, and new technology implementation.
  8. Establish standard costing methodologies and conduct regular cost reviews.
  9. Oversee cost management activities including forecasting, tracking, improvement, and benchmarking.
  10. Coordinate people productivity initiatives and management.
  11. Lead continuous improvement projects and share best practices.
  12. Participate in strategic planning for capacity expansion, productivity, and cost reduction.
  13. Lead automation initiatives and headcount modeling.
  14. Conduct business continuity management and risk assessments.
  15. Enhance existing systems and improve methodologies and modeling.
  16. Coach, mentor, and train new engineers and associate engineers.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  2. Knowledge of semiconductor processes and IE tools used in the industry.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, VBA, SQL, Oracle, Cognos, AutoCAD.
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  5. Team player with problem-solving abilities.
