Qualifications: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in recommender systems, with a solid understanding of system architecture and core components (e.g., recall, ranking, re-ranking, exploration, cold start). Bachelor degree or above in computer science or a related technical discipline. Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure foundation in Java/Scala. Practical experience in one or more related areas such as NLP, Ads, Search, or Machine Learning. Effective communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as the role involves collaboration with teams based in China.
