Coordinate with Legal and Risk teams on contract review and approvals. Manage the contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and termination. Procurement Governance & Compliance Establish and maintain procurement governance routines and approval frameworks. Ensure alignment with audit, risk, and regulatory expectations. Maintain accurate documentation for audit, review, and reporting purposes. Vendor Performance Management Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs. Facilitate regular vendor reviews and address performance gaps. Support delivery teams in driving vendor accountability and service improvement. Requirements Bachelor in Business Administration, Information Technology, Procurement, or related disciplines. At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT procurement and sourcing. Professional procurement certifications or equivalent are preferred (e.g. CIPS). Experience in large, complex, or regulated organisations is preferred. Familiarity with industry‑standard procurement and sourcing tools is an advantage.
