Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can:

  1. Support our private bankers known as Client Advisors who manage comprehensive and complex GFO client books
  2. Assist in credit / structured lending matters, credit analysis to support our clients' lending book
  3. Assist in corporate action matters
  4. Be comfortable with complex excel worksheets
  5. Comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
  6. Keep accurate, up-to-date client documentation to meet regulatory requirements
  7. Carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
  8. Keep in contact with internal and external clients
Your team

You will be working in the Global Family & Institutional Wealth (GFIW), a joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management and UBS Investment Bank. You will support client advisors who deliver institutional and corporate solutions to Family Office clients. The GFIW team is responsible for prospecting, building long-standing, cross-divisional relationships, and delivering products, services, and advice to the largest Family Office clients in Asia.

Your expertise
  • A thorough understanding of WM processes and tools
  • At least 3 years experience as a private banker or relationship manager assistant, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 to be licensed for the role
  • Experience with structured lending documentation, covenants, and other legal terms would be advantageous
  • Experience in dealing with complex client relationships including family offices and UHNW clients
  • Business-level fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian, or other Asian languages is advantageous
