We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Executive to drive growth of food ingredients and downstream food products across the Asia Pacific region. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of both commercial and technical aspects of the business, managing key accounts, distributors, and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B ingredient sales or FMCG export sales , and be comfortable navigating regional markets while collaborating with global teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategy across APAC markets Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners Drive new business development, prospecting for new customers and opportunities Provide application-level support and technical guidance to customers where needed Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, margins, and volume agreements Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Maintain accurate forecasts, customer reports, and market insights in CRM Travel regionally as required (up to 50%) What We’re Looking For 3+ years in B2B or FMCG sales, trading roles in ingredients or food sectors Bachelor’s degree or higher (Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related) Strong commercial acumen and/or technical expertise Experience managing regional accounts or distributors in APAC markets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Independent, proactive, and solutions-focused Willingness to travel between 50% of the time Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Product Management Industries Food and Beverage Manufacturing, International Trade and Development, and Chemical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
