Warehouse, Inventory & System Management Operate and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Cross-check and reconcile inventory data between WMS and ERP systems to ensure consistency and accuracy. Coordinate closely with the operations team on all inbound and outbound inventory movements. Ensure inventory accuracy through continuous tracking, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. Manage and monitor inventory stored at third-party logistics (3PL) facilities via WMS. Track and manage pallet loans issued to customers, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation. ERP, Production & Documentation Control Create daily production documents to track conversion of raw materials into finished goods. Ensure production records are accurately reflected in both ERP and WMS systems. Generate pick lists from ERP and WMS systems for warehouse picking, production, and 3PL collections. Support traceability of inventory movements from raw material intake to finished product dispatch. 3PL & Logistics Coordination Generate invoices, pick lists, and supporting documents for 3PL collections and deliveries. Maintain accurate 3PL inventory records and ensure alignment between system data and physical stock. Prepare and distribute monthly inventory summaries to 3PL clients, including pallet counts and stock quantities. Liaise with 3PL partners on inventory-related matters and operational follow-ups. Stock Control & Reporting Generate stock checklists and coordinate monthly and quarterly stock counts. Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions. Monitor online sales inventory to prevent out-of-stock situations. Notify the purchasing team of fast-moving or low-stock items requiring replenishment. Prepare monthly inventory, production, and stock movement reports for management review. Administrative & Operational Support Provide administrative and documentation support to the operations team. Assist with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned. Required Skills & Competencies Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems. Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners. Inventory reporting and production documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
