Singapore Changi Area Precision Company - Quality Manager / QM (Semiconductor Precision Engineering) Working Hours

5-Day Work Week (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Salary & Allowances

Monthly Salary: SGD 5,500 - SGD 6,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage the overall company quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) department operations, ensuring full compliance with semiconductor industry expectations.
Develop, implement, and update company-wide quality policies, cleanroom inspection standards, and precision manufacturing procedures.
Serve as the management representative for ISO 9001 audits and drive customer-specific semiconductor quality requirements.
Lead high-level customer quality reviews, strategic quality improvements, and defect reduction programs for semiconductor components.
Manage critical supplier quality performance (e.g., raw material suppliers, special process subcontractors like anodizing, plating, and cleanroom cleaning).
Mentor, train, and develop the QA/QC team to master advanced semiconductor metrology and inspection standards.
Drive a zero-defect quality culture across production, engineering, and management levels for high-end technology applications.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial) or a related field.
At least 5 to 8 years of quality management experience in precision machining, specifically within the semiconductor components manufacturing sector.
In-depth knowledge of international quality standards, ISO 9001, and semiconductor-specific quality systems/requirements.
Proven track record in handling critical international semiconductor clients, passing stringent customer audits, and resolving complex engineering and machining quality issues.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of manufacturing quality and workplace safety.
