The Relations and Marketing Officer (RMO) partners with the Principal at the childcare centre to engage parents and provide quality customer service. RMO also supports marketing and administrative tasks related to Finance, HR, and Procurement. This is a permanent position at one of our childcare centres in the Buona Vista region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate events and support activities to strengthen parent engagement and involvement
  • Provide marketing support in events and activities to raise centre publicity
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and preparing educational materials
  • Manage financial matters, including keeping accurate records of fees and claims
  • Support classroom activities to ensure children's safety and well-being, and facilitate daily routines
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
