The Franchise Support Executive (FSE) is responsible for providing hands-on operational, training, and performance support to Anytime Fitness franchisees within Singapore. The role ensures that all clubs operate to the highest standards of excellence, uphold the Anytime Fitness brand, and deliver an outstanding member experience. As a frontline partner to franchisees, the FSE conducts regular club visits, coaching discussions, and planning sessions to strengthen business performance, member retention, and compliance with regional operational standards. The position requires proactive communication, strong time management, and flexibility to travel for both local and regional assignments when required. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Operational and Brand Support Ensure all Anytime Fitness clubs pursue a gold standard of excellence as defined by Anytime Fitness Asia to protect the brand and ensure member satisfaction. Provide consistent, high-quality support for franchisee needs across 24/7 club operations through visits, coaching, planning sessions, follow-ups, and detailed feedback. Coach operational and management strategies to ensure clubs remain operationally sound and brand compliant. Support franchisees during club fit-out, presale, and opening phases to ensure successful launch and smooth transition to steady-state operations. Learn and master the full lifecycle of club setup, from pre-opening to operational maturity. Manage schedules independently, coordinate support plans, and execute club visits planned at least seven (7) days before each month. 2. Training and Development Conduct onboarding for new franchisees and their teams, emphasizing mastery of the Anytime Fitness brand and training programs. Deliver continuous training on sales, marketing, operations, and member retention strategies. Evaluate training needs using club performance data, franchisee feedback, and onsite observations, then recommend appropriate learning solutions. Ensure all training aligns with club growth objectives and staff development needs. Facilitate educational programs designed by Anytime Fitness Asia, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training. Schedule and execute official Anytime Fitness training programs (e.g., Vitals, Purple Standards, and Conference) to reinforce consistent regional standards. 3. Performance Coaching and Communication Consult and coach franchisees to implement effective member retention strategies and drive club culture. Lead franchisees in embedding the Anytime Fitness values, emphasizing community engagement and operational excellence. Ensure all clubs operate under best practices through consistent coaching and structured feedback. Maintain open and effective communication with franchisees, cross-functional departments, and AFA leadership on club-related issues. 4. Reporting to Anytime Fitness Asia Establish and submit a monthly club visit schedule at least seven (7) days before each month. Submit detailed support summaries after every club visit, including action plans, responsible parties, and timelines for follow-up. Track and report expected growth outcomes for each club based on ongoing support and engagement. Provide additional reports as required to support franchise performance and operational excellence across the market. Utilize Anytime Fitness Asia support tools effectively, including:Club Opportunity Report (COR) COR Action Plan Scorecard Submission Phase Program 5. Administrative and Software Proficiency Maintain accurate and updated records of all support activities and franchise communications. Learn and become proficient in all operational systems and software tools used by franchisees. Perform regular administrative duties related to club audits, visit documentation, and performance tracking. 6. Travel and Flexibility Be available for local and international travel as required to conduct club visits, provide support, or attend training programs. Skills and Qualifications 1. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in gym operations, club management, or fitness/franchise support. Strong understanding of operational processes, sales, and member engagement strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing business priorities. Ability to travel within Singapore and regionally when required. 2. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience within the fitness or franchise industry. Exposure to training delivery and operational coaching. Demonstrated ability to balance fieldwork and administrative responsibilities effectively. 3.
