Job Title: RFP Production Specialist

Location: Mumbai, Russell Investments

As an RFP (Request for Proposal) Production Specialist at Russell Investments, Mumbai, you will work closely with RFP writers across regional offices to develop initial drafts using content from the global database Qvidian. This role demands a self-motivated individual with relevant experience, a passion for writing, and meticulous attention to detail. A strong understanding of financial markets and the investment services industry is highly beneficial.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts from various business units such as sales, investment division, client service, product, compliance, legal, risk, operations, finance, IT, and HR to drive business success. You should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance is preferred.

Key skills required include project management, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Qvidian or similar content management systems, and familiarity with Seismic are advantageous. You should excel in teamwork, research, and proactive problem-solving.

Your main duties involve drafting and editing RFP responses, sourcing data, and liaising with teams across the organization. A good understanding of Russell Investments’ OCIO and portfolio solutions, investment products, asset classes, and financial markets will be beneficial. Maintaining and improving content in Qvidian for quality and consistency is also essential.

To succeed, you must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-focused attitude. Upholding the firm's core values such as integrity, excellence, continuous learning, and innovation is critical.
