About the role About the role Are you an experienced Recruiter looking to join a dynamic and growing organisation? We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team at Ultra Clean Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in the Woodlands North Region. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our talent acquisition efforts. What you'll be doing Proactively sourcing and screening qualified candidates to fill open positions across the organisation Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to enhance our talent acquisition strategies Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives Providing an exceptional candidate experience and fostering a positive employer brand What we're looking for Minimum 2 years\' experience in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and proven ability to source, screen and select high-calibre candidates Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related tools Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to achieve recruitment goals Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Passion for talent management and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience What we offer At Ultra Clean Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
