HR Administrator Working Hour: 8am - 5pm Working Day: Mon - Fri Location: New Industrial Road (2 bus stops from Tai Seng MRT Stn) Basic Salary: $2400-$2800 Responsibilities: HR Management inclusive of: Record Keeping & Compliance, Recruitment Support, Foreign work pass application / renewals / cancellation, Onboarding & Orientation, Payroll & Benefits Administration, HR Documentation, Employee Relations, Training Coordination, HR Systems Management & etc. (Need to have basic knowledge of MOM application and CPF contribution) Responsible for managing the company’s insurance matters, including the renewal and upkeep of building, vehicle, and employee insurance policies. Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Executive Qualifications: GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent in HR Management or related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or similar industries. Basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the Construction Sector is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
