We are seeking a Production Technician to join our ambitious team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in ensuring flawless manufacturing processes and maintaining high-quality production outputs. As a Production Technician, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, maintain efficient production efficiency, and support a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor multiple machines to ensure production lots are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards to meet shift output requirements.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computer-based programs and applications to perform daily duties.

  • Provide machine coverage during break periods as required.

  • Perform machine logging accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Monitor equipment performance and promptly communicate any abnormalities or discrepancies to the Shift Lead.

  • Operate equipment in accordance with current process specifications, procedures, change notifications, and engineering requirements.

  • Maintain an organized workstation and adhere to 6S standards.

  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

  • Actively participate in on-the-job training and all required certification programs to expand knowledge and skills.

  • Complete certification and recertification requirements by demonstrating competency and understanding of assigned processes and equipment.

  • Receive, understand, and provide thorough shift handovers, ensuring pass-down information is clear, accurate, and detailed.

  • Seek and provide constructive feedback to leadership, colleagues, and support teams to drive continuous improvement.

  • Recommend process, quality, safety, or efficiency improvements whenever opportunities are identified.

  • Seek clarification whenever uncertain to ensure tasks are performed accurately and safely.

  • Identify and promptly report workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, or safety concerns.

  • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

  • Strictly follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent work experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or related technical field.

  • Willingness to work a permanent 12-hour day or night shift schedule.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify problems and apply the appropriate SOPs.

  • Proficient in interpreting technical documents, work instructions, and process specifications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective shift handovers and documentation.
