- Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of IT, security system, and IoT projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct site visits, supervise installation works, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Perform hardware and software testing, configuration, and troubleshooting during deployment.
- Ensure all project documentation including schedules, drawings, checklists, and handover documents are maintained and updated.
- Liaise with clients for technical clarification and support during the implementation phase.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation measures.
- Support Testing and Commissioning activities and assist in system handover to the client.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in managing or supporting IT and/or security system projects.
- Knowledge of systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Servers, and IoT-based solutions.
- Familiar with project tools, documentation, and coordination workflows.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for site work when required.
