The roleKickstart your maritime career through a structured 2-year Trainee Bunker Cargo Officer Programme . Receive hands-on training from experienced bunker cargo professionals, gain industry-recognised certifications, and progress into a fully qualified Bunker Cargo Officer with clear salary progression and long-term career opportunities.
$2,500 + $500 allowance (Training Phase)
$3,500 (Upon completion of training, subject to performance)
$4,500 (Program Completion)
Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Work location: Central-East Singapore, Taiseng
What You'll Be DoingFirst 6 Months (Training Phase)
- Undergo structured on-the-job training under experienced Bunker Cargo Officers and Cargo Superintendents.
- Company-sponsored external training and certification programmes.
- Learn bunker cargo operations, safety procedures and industry standards.
- Follow vessel schedules and participate in onboard operational duties.
Month 7 onwards (Junior Bunker Cargo Officer)
- Increment & allowance provided - subject to performance and certifications
- Certified to perform bunker cargo operations independently
- Ensure cargo transfer activities comply with company procedures and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with vessel crews and operational stakeholders.
- Follow shift schedules and remain onboard vessels when required
Completion of 2-year program
- Full time position as a Full fledged bunker cargo officer
