You will manage daily store operations at our Havaianas store, lead part time staff, and deliver excellent customer service that reflects the fun, vibrant Havaianas brand experience.
Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Havaianas retail environment
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across the Havaianas range to assist customers and support sales efforts
- Train and guide part time staff to confidently sell Havaianas products and deliver excellent customer service from their first day
- Resolve customer queries and feedback effectively, including handling complex sales conversations
- Collaborate with management on stock management, store operations, and other store needs
- Take ownership of the store's performance and lead by example to motivate team members
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors
- Genuine appreciation for the Havaianas brand and its casual, colorful lifestyle positioning
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers warmly and confidently
- Reliable and consistent work ethic that inspires trust and followership among colleagues
- Pride in maintaining a high quality store environment and customer experience
- Available to start immediately and ready to bring value to the team from day one
