Develop, validate, debug, and optimize ATE test programs and test patterns for semiconductor products using Advantest V93K.
Collaborate with design, validation, and architecture teams to ensure comprehensive IP test coverage and successful test program integration.
Support first silicon bring-up, product feature validation, and new test methodology development.
Perform silicon characterization across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions.
Integrate and validate test methodologies involving HBM, Scan, and BIST.
Conduct test correlation, validation, and test program release for high-volume manufacturing.
Drive test time optimization, yield improvement, failure analysis, and product quality enhancement.
Support product qualification activities and customer return failure analysis.

Requirements

More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development, product engineering, or ATE test engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in Advantest V93K ATE test program development and debugging (mandatory).
Experience in test pattern development and integration, including HBM, Scan, and BIST.
Knowledge of silicon bring-up, silicon characterization, and PVT testing.
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as C/C++, Python, Perl, Ruby, or Java.
Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or CVS.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, yield analysis, and test data interpretation.
Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
