Senior Product Manager（Card Processing ） – Card-as-a-Service

About the Role This role owns the card processing module of our Card-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform, covering authorization, ledger posting, clearing & reconciliation, and multi‑BIN sponsor integration . You will lead the design and evolution of our processing engine that powers multi‑currency, multi‑sponsor, and multi‑scheme card programs—ensuring every transaction is secure, compliant, and auditable. Candidates should be familiar with Episode Six, Marqeta, or other similar card processing systems , and have hands‑on experience integrating with multiple BIN Sponsors / Issuer Banks . What You Will Do Card Processing System Design Define the full transaction lifecycle: authorization, hold, settlement, refund, and chargeback; Design transaction state machines and ledger posting logic to ensure financial accuracy; Align with Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay scheme requirements. Multi‑BIN Sponsor Integration Lead integration with multiple BIN Sponsors / Issuer Banks; Build standardized BIN onboarding frameworks covering limits, KYC, risk rules, and settlement cycles; Ensure consistent processing and compliance logic across all sponsors; Partner with Finance and Compliance to build reconciliation and settlement models. Processing & Compliance Governance Define integration and routing logic with Episode Six, Marqeta, or other similar card processing systems ; Ensure full PCI‑DSS, ISO8583, and 3DS compliance; Drive monitoring, audit logging, and anomaly detection productization. Productize processing and BIN logic into reusable APIs and SDKs; Scale processing architecture to support multiple BINs, currencies, and regions; Track global processing and issuer trends to optimize scalability and reliability. Must‑Have Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5/7+ years in product management or system design, including 2+ in card processing / ledger / settlement; Strong familiarity with Episode Six, Marqeta, or other similar card processing systems ; Proven experience integrating with multiple BIN Sponsors / Issuer Banks; Solid understanding of transaction lifecycle, posting logic, and reconciliation; Fluent English for international collaboration. Nice‑to‑Have Experience in issuer banks, card networks, or payment institutions; Knowledge of multi‑currency settlement, FX, and fee structures; Experience with event‑driven architecture (Kafka / EDA); Strong cross‑functional execution and stakeholder management skills.
