Job Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with years of experience to act as a core developer and administrator. You will design, develop, configure, integrate, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring high quality, security, and smooth system performance across the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development & Configuration: Customize D365 CRM entities, workflows, plugins, web resources, solution management, and UI.
  • Testing & Integration: Conduct unit testing, fix bugs during UAT/System testing, and build system integrations using C#, Web Services, and SSIS.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Investigate reported system issues, perform maintenance, and update technical documentation.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts to refine functional specs, participate in code reviews, and adhere to architecture and security guidelines.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Mandatory: 2+ years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (or CRM 2016/2015).
  • Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, SSIS, PowerApps, PowerBI, and Power Automate (Flow).
  • SDLC & Quality: Solid understanding of relational databases, SDLC methodologies, code security standards, and effort estimation.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
