Responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as a Field Engineer for specific clients and/or products, including tech kiosks/desks.
  2. Providing support for software, hardware, and networking for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms, and other networked devices.
  3. Installing and maintaining PCs, software, networks, servers, peripherals, and other devices.
  4. Supporting network products from operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative activities.
  5. Performing installs, moves, adds, and changes as needed.
  6. Testing and certifying PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.
  7. Providing follow-up on issues or escalations.
  8. Maintaining professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
  9. Meeting SLA requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.

Working hours:

  1. Rotating 12-hour shifts or as assigned.
  2. Shift rotation: 3 days work, 2 days rest; 2 days work, 3 days rest.
  3. Every 2 months, alternating between day and night shifts.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required.
  3. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
