About the Role We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Loan Product Management team within the Regional Mid Cap & SME Product and Propositions team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing/ developing product, process enhancements, and governance activities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment. This role requires a strong background in loan products, with preferred experience in relationship management, and the ability to collaborate across various functions to drive key initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the management and strategic development of loan products and related activities. Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies. Oversee compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to support product innovation and business growth. Manage governance, reporting, and contractual relationships. Requirements At least 10years of relevant experience in loan or credit products, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Previous experience in Relationship Management (RM) within IBG is preferred. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive product initiatives across cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
