Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule and achieve workshop maintenance production for Ground Support Equipment and/or airport automotive vehicles to attain good quality and safety outcomes. Manage work order, spares usage and production using computerised asset management and maintenance system. Plan and schedule equipment/vehicles to meet maintenance programs, internal and regulatory inspections and tests. Lead and manage assistant engineers/engineering technicians, and/or outsourced contractors, and perform shift/resource planning. Review and improve workbay capabilities. Lead programs for continuous improvement, safety and operations excellence. Troubleshooting complex defects, root cause analysis, prepare investigation reports. Identify technical specifications for items/services needed. Assist to design and conduct training. Guide and train staff to deliver quality maintenance. Maintain fleet records and documentation. Analyse records and data to improve fleet performance, maintenance outcomes, as well production. Key Requirements Diploma in any discipline. Comfortable with shift work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
