Assistant Vice President, Credit Analyst

Assistant Vice President, Credit Analyst Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), one of the world’s leading financial groups, invites experienced Credit Analysts to prepare robust credit applications for corporates across various industries. This role supports monitoring the branch credit portfolio, including borrower ratings, credit due date control and collateral to identify credit risks. What you’ll do Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within the company Work collaboratively with colleagues across the region to deliver an integrated service for customers Support Relationship Managers in resolving complex credit processes or operational issues Prepare thorough credit applications for approvals, including analysis of cash flow projections Review borrower ratings in accordance with company guidelines and policies Monitor due date controls to support credit facility renewal and ensure timely completion of covenant checks Assess the health of the department’s credit portfolio, including borrower rating and collateral control What you bring Degree qualified Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Credit Analyst within the banking industry Basic accounting knowledge Strong analytical skills to interpret large and complex data sets Good communication and presentation skills with ability to influence others using complex data or analysis Experience in preparing credit application including cash flow projection Good knowledge of industries and economic environment in the region Detailed understanding of bank’s products and their risks What sets MUFG apart MUFG is a leading global financial institution that values Impact, Growth and Wellbeing.
