Senior Architect

Architecture Consultancy 5 days, Monday - Friday Possess QP license is preferred. Central Good Career Growth and Stability Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strong leadership and cultivate a collaborative team environment, managing teams of junior architects, interior designers, and draftsmen. Drive excellence in design conceptualization, development, technical coordination, and documentation processes. Ensure timely preparation, review, and delivery of architectural drawings across all project phases. Administer professional sub-consultancy agreements and monitor team performance when acting as the contractual lead consultant. Coordinate closely with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Apply technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills to address complex design and construction challenges. REQUIREMENTS : 6-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a preference for candidates experienced in healthcare projects. A recognized Degree in Architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through to construction completion. Proficient in design and documentation software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
