About the Team The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey. Responsibilities: Stay up to date with the latest SAP Ariba releases, features, and enhancements to provide expert guidance to clients. Prepare and deliver demonstrations and presentations to support sales efforts and showcase the capabilities of SAP Ariba solutions. Assist customers throughout the lifecycle of an SAP Ariba implementation, providing business process consulting and supporting blueprinting activities. Resolve complex requirements by configuring and customizing SAP Ariba solutions. Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP Ariba applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide expert guidance on SAP Ariba solutions. Analyze and consult with clients to identify business requirements and define the scope of the solution. Plan and manage project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8 years Proven experience as a SAP Ariba Senior Consultant or in a similar role. In‑depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management. Strong understanding of procurement processes, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in SAP Ariba configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience with SAP Ariba implementation methodologies, tools, and templates. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. SAP Ariba certification is a must.
