A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages. Responsibilities Take command during cross-product area incidents to ensure coordination and communication for resolution, tracking issues and escalations to minimize negative user and organizational impact. Identify risks and conduct impact assessments to develop mitigation strategies for managing product abuse, events, and global crises in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Lead projects with global partners that contribute to end-to-end crisis management, focus on securing users while reinforcing trust and safety in Google products. Promote cross-functional collaboration with intelligence, legal, and policy teams to address tests, utilize root cause analysis to propose initiatives that strengthen future global Trust and Safety responses. Manage operations through prioritization and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) improvements while contributing to training programs, work while being exposed to graphic, controversial, and upsetting content.
