Key Duties

Assist and liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Attend courteously to visitors’ enquiries regarding the building and surrounding areas.
Manage and control the key press and key management system.
Operate and monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system effectively.
Operate and respond to the security alarm system and alerts.
Conduct security surveillance from the command centre and monitor site activities.
Provide secondary support during incidents and emergency responses.
Regulate and manage traffic flow and crowd control around the assigned premises.
Enforce security procedures and site rules consistently.
Prepare and submit incident reports and shift handover notes.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Industry.
Valid security licence/training (as required by local regulations).
Familiar with CCTV, alarm monitoring, access control, and command centre operations.
Able to remain calm and act decisively during incidents and emergencies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and respond quickly when required.
Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
Basic computer skills for reporting and system operations.

Singaporean or Singaporean PR preferred
