Responsibilities:

  1. Report and assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.
  2. Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items, and disposable wares used for packing food and beverages.
  3. Conduct briefings with kitchen staff on next day special orders/requests.
  4. Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
  5. Coordinate with the Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
