Basic Salary: $2,300 + Up to $400 Monthly KPI Incentives
AWS + Variable Bonus
No Experience Required; Training Provided
Hands-on Experience in E-Commerce, Inventory and Gaming Events
Our Client, a local hobby and tabletop gaming store in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Retail Support Executive.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock records, processing online orders, maintaining Shopify listings and organising activities for an assigned game line.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive deliveries, check items against purchase orders and update stock records.
Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory.
Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time.
Track preorders, stock arrivals, allocations and customer collections.
Create and maintain Shopify listings, including product details, barcodes, images, variants and pricing.
Organise the stockroom, replenish shelves and assist with cashiering and customer service.
Manage weekly gaming sessions and special events for an assigned game line, targeting an average attendance of 8 per week and two special events monthly with at least 10 attendees each.
Plan monthly activities and ensure event posters and signups are ready at least 14 days before each event.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
No experience are welcome to apply.
Comfortable learning e-commerce systems such as Shopify.
Interested in gaming, retail operations and community events.
Location: Commonwealth
Working Days/Hours: 5 Days (Includes 1 weekend) | Mon-Fri: 2pm - 10pm, Sat: 12pm - 10pm, Sun: 11am - 7pm
Salary: $2,300 Basic (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
