About the role: As a Director - Capital Markets, Data Center, you will be responsible for managing, exploiting, and redeveloping large and high-profile portfolios to maximize value growth. This role involves providing strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative investment opportunity. What You’ll Do: Define and execute the business plan of the assigned assets under portfolio strategy Assist with developing marketing and Data Center management strategies to increase the Data Center's future value Present advanced asset management reports to clients. Review the performance of local Data Center managers, in collaboration with the portfolio manager, and implement efficiency initiatives Manage the input for the Data Center valuations process and verify the correctness of valuations Work with the team to seek out new business opportunities. Continue to strengthen relationships with current clients What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders Experience in managing and optimizing high-value portfolios #J-18808-Ljbffr
