Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up on customer enquiries and service needs

  • Handle cash and sales transactions accurately

  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organised store environment

  • Assist with stock handling and inventory management

Requirements

  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

  • 6-day work week with 1 weekday off

  • Preferred candidates with at least 1 year of experience in fashion retail

  • Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training will be provided

  • Customer-service oriented and able to work well under pressure

  • Work locations are island-wide and conveniently located near MRT stations
