We advise multinational companies on specialist topics where IGS has unique experience, and act as a single point of contact to solve client questions by drawing on expertise from around the world. Within IGS, we group our services into the following main areas: Multi-country coordination and project management Advice and coordination for global projects, e.g., benefits inventory, benchmarking against market practice and compliance, global broking and other benefits procurement activity, advice around the management of employee benefits Supporting global oversight and governance procedures, co-sourcing of benefits management, health & wellbeing strategies Consultants work across borders in international teams supporting multinational organizations. The Role This role will support our multinational clients in delivering consulting services to headquarters and coordinating both local consulting and local broking services in medical and other insured benefit programs. Key Tasks Coordinating Services to Headquarters Act as day‑to‑day contact providing updates on local country activities and proactively identify and raise issues with clients. Provide proactive advice to optimize global benefits management (effective use of local resources, brokers, consultants, third‑party providers). Keep abreast of regulatory changes and market practices to identify issues clients should address. Support use of technology (Benefits Manager, BenTrack, Benefits Data Source, BenVals, and other tools). Identify opportunities to integrate our services with other consulting offerings. Coordinating Local Consulting and Local Broking Services Work with the Global Benefits Center (GBC) to update status trackers and populate data in benefits inventory tools/databases. Effectively manage projects using established trackers and technology to deliver successful projects across countries. Ensure local broker‑of‑record letters and statements of work are in place; engage with in‑country consultants/brokers to resolve local issues. Participate in regular calls with client and internal teams to communicate progress and resolve matters. Review local broker reports and communications for consistency. Deal with issues and escalating appropriately. Keep wider IGS/H&B team appraised of issues and involve them as needed. Develop regional financial and stewardship reports. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working within HR or a benefits program related capacity; experience managing insured benefit programs preferred. General understanding of benefits programs in APAC, especially insured programs; deep country‑specific knowledge is a plus. Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask several projects simultaneously. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience working collaboratively with other team members. Effective communication in English, including written, verbal, and presentation. Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus. Flexibility in working schedule and ability to participate in meetings outside regular hours. Experience with software and hardware technology systems; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
