Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Officer to support their hiring and talent growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organization. Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria with the Hiring Managers. Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking channels. Conduct screening interviews, assessments and candidate evaluations. Provide insights on recruitment best practices, hiring trends and talent market conditions. Support hiring events such as career talks and outreach engagements. Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback coordination and reference checks. Track recruitment KPIs, metrics and reports for management review. Oversee onboarding processes, documentation and new hire orientation. Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management Team. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline. At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with proven track record. Excellent communication skills, interviewing and relationship building skills. People-oriented, confident and a self-driven individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
