We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Ecosystem Manager who plays a pivotal role in driving business growth in Asia by shaping impactful marketing strategies and cultivating high-value ecosystem relationships. In this role, you will: Lead marketing and ecosystem initiatives, with a particular focus on Singapore . Provide mentorship and oversight to regional marketing team members, ensuring alignment and best practices across Asia. Act as both a strategic leader and hands‑on executor , balancing regional ownership with global coordination. Marketing Take ownership of marketing in Singapore and SEA , including ideating, strategizing, and developing marketing collaterals to drive awareness and top‑of‑funnel for Start2 Group programs and initiatives. Plan, design, and execute engaging, relevant and integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and video to amplify impact and capture the unique dynamics of each market. Oversee SEO, paid campaigns, CRM automation, and digital performance . Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement, focusing on driving engagement and conversion. Provide strategic guidance , KPIs, and execution support to Marketing and Ecosystem teams across Asia. Ensure localized campaigns align with Start2’s brand and growth goals. Track and review regional marketing performance , lead conversion, ROI, optimize campaigns, and provide feedback. Use insights to optimize ad spend, content performance, and growth tactics. Report key findings to BD, sales, and leadership teams. Manage, collaborate, and liaise with marketing partners for creative assets. Project manage marketing initiatives and partner activities from concept to delivery. Continuously analyze marketing performance , providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Support country and regional Business Development and Product teams , providing market‑driven perspectives and hands‑on assistance. Ecosystem Drive the growth and mapping of Start2 Group’s ecosystem in Singapore and SEA by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing collaboration opportunities with corporates, governments, multipliers, and innovation agencies. Conduct in‑depth market research to ensure resonance with local needs and program objectives. Design and implement strategies to nurture stakeholder relationships , aligning with market trends. Act as a connector and ecosystem builder , facilitating partnerships and fostering innovation‑led growth. Regional Leadership & Mentoring Take primary responsibility for Singapore and SEA marketing initiatives and ecosystem development. Contribute to and coordinate with regional and global initiatives , such as newsletters, social media channels, and website. Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to other marketing team members across Asia, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing. Contribute to regional best practices and build a high‑performing, collaborative marketing culture. What We’re Looking For 9+ years of experience in B2B marketing and ecosystem management , with a proven track record in Singapore, ideally with regional oversight. Strong experience in digital campaigns, events, performance marketing, and content marketing . Ability to mentor and lead cross‑market marketing teams, fostering collaboration and performance. Deep understanding of the innovation/startup ecosystem in Asia, especially Singapore, including experience working with corporates. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and project management skills. Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment , with adaptability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities. Experience collaborating with product, sales, and business development teams to develop marketing materials that support growth objectives. Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented approach. Strong content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into simple, compelling narratives. Good team player and always willing to help the team when required.
