Overview As Finance Manager, you'll be a key business partner driving financial excellence across the organization. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Client Details A high growth cybersecurity company, empowering digital businesses to thrive securely. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to join our APAC HQ and help scale our financial operations to the next level. Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPIs Manage group consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal controls Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth and cost optimization Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies Support fundraising, M&A, and investor relations activities as needed Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred At least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in tech or high-growth environments Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and IFRS Proven experience in group consolidation and multi-entity reporting Proficient in financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Xero) and Excel Analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach Offer & Benefits Mission-Driven Innovation - Be part of a company protecting digital ecosystems globally.
